Viewing Available Hours

The Display menu contains an option that allows users to show or hide the resource’s net availability in the Resource Plan. Activating this option adds a column to Resource Plan that displays the number of hours or FTEs a resource currently has available.

To view or hide your resources' net availability:

Open the Display menu in the lower-left corner of the Resource Plan.
Click on the Availability option.

When the Availability option is selected, a new column displays the remaining time your resources have within each time period in the Resource Plan.
